Man Sets Up Garden Camera And Then Catches Wrong Thief

Jeff couldn’t believe his eyes when he discovered who had been stealing his crops. He was standing right in front of him. He was his worst nightmare. He had ruined Jeff’s crops and jeopardized his family’s livelihood.

He watched as he delightfully leeched on his hard work. Jeff had one burning question on his mind, what was he supposed to do about this?

Jeff Pemar worked as a gardener in Middletown, Delaware. He was lucky enough to live with his amazing wife and their three, beautiful children. During his free time, he enjoyed growing carrots, onions, potatoes, cantaloupes, and tomatoes.

Recently, he had started growing more exotic things, like Italian long and yellow peppers.

He would then sell these fruits and vegetables to stores and restaurants in Wilmington. Whatever he didn’t sell, he would feed his family. It came as no surprise that he was furious when a thief started stealing from his land.

Racking His Brain

When asked about his story, Palmer told the press, “At first, I was very upset. I have always been an avid gardener and dealt with tons of issues, but this was a first for us.”

He didn’t know what to do, but he knew he had to come up with a solution. He racked his brain, trying to find the perfect way to handle the situation. He knew that this was going to be a hard battle to fight.

New Type Of Problem

He tried everything. He tried to set up a scarecrow and even hung up a bunch of CD’s. He wrote about it on Instagram, saying, “Last year, I even put a T-Rex in the garden to scare off birds,”

This helped prevent birds from ruining his crops but they weren’t helping at all with the new type of danger he was facing.

Game Of Chess

He explained, “No matter what I did to try to protect the garden, he always figured out a way in. I’d build a higher fence, I’d put wood around the fence trying to protect my stuff. And he just took over.

There was nothing I could do, he was always a step ahead of me.”

It seemed like an endless game of chess and every move was leaving Jeff with fewer options.
