High School Throws Marine Out Over His Outfit, But He Gets The Last Laugh

This was supposed to be the most important day of his life. Both his mother and his girlfriend were beside him, proud of his big day.

When it was Jacob’s turn to be called up, the principal hesitated. He looked at Jacob with a grin and skipped his name. People would be outraged.

Dreams Of Success

Jacob Dalton Stanley is from Crown Point, Indiana, and studied at Crown Point High School. From when he was small, he had always wanted to become a sergeant in the army.

He wanted to be like his dad, so at the age of ten, he expressed an interest in joining the army.

Duties

Jacob tried his best at school and worked hard. He even finished the requirements for completing High School months before just so he could do what he truly wanted.

He enlisted in the Marines and finished training in time to head back to his high school to attend graduation. But he didn’t know things wouldn’t go as he had hoped.

Proud Mother

Shannon was Jacob’s girlfriend and was waiting for him to arrive next to his mother Kathy. They were both so excited to see him.

Once he got there and saw him in his Marine uniform, they were taken aback. He was so happy to get his diploma. Today was a happy day.

A Great Day

The three of them drove to Jacob’s ceremony. They were all so proud of Jacob. All of the hard work had finally paid off.

Jacob was looking forward to getting his Diploma up on the stage where all of his friends and family would be watching. He felt like his hard work had paid off.
