Their Daughter’s Illness

At Isabella’s birth, an unfortunate problem arose when she tested positive for a viral infection. Consequently, she had to remain in the hospital for a few days.

Alana and Steve were terribly concerned, however, they trusted the medical team to provide the necessary care to ensure Isabella’s recovery.

Once Isabella had made a full recovery, she grew into a healthy baby girl. At 8 months old, there were no signs that she had ever been ill.

However, this all changed when Nancy started looking after Isabella since Alana and Steve did not have the funds to put her in daycare. Unfortunately, Nancy gave Isabella something that was not good for her health.

She was adamant that, with her vast experience raising three children, she knew exactly how to proceed; her resolute response to Alana was, “I’ve raised three children myself.
