Neighbor’s Laughed When He Built A Mosquito Trap, He Wiped The Smiles Off Their Faces

Every neighbor around him burst into laughter when they saw it. He felt his face go red as he tried covering it up. It wasn’t finished yet and once it was, they wouldn’t be laughing anymore.

It was a contraption to get rid of the most annoying insects during the summer months. None other than the pesky mosquitoes.

Passion For Nature

Tim Jarvis and his family cherished their rural home. It was difficult to beat the vast spaces and clean air. But there were more than a few annoying “neighbors” that drove everyone insane with itching.

He was resolved to put an end to the aviators and make the two-legged creatures pay for their disparaging remarks.

Looking For A Way Out

It began simply with a few online techniques that he discovered. The mosquitoes were the first swarm to be defeated. Tim experimented with a few improvised traps that he built up using fans, bug lights, and fine mesh netting in a MacGyver-like fashion.

However, his children and wife would end up itching maniacally after every downpour. He was unaware that his refrigerator had the solution.

Quick Fix

It turned out to be a hack using a Coke bottle that worked brilliantly. He strung them all over the place and watched as the bothersome bloodsuckers filled them full.

The fact that their birds now had more delectable delicacies to chew on made it even better. The next issue, though, was when he experienced a searing, acute ache.

Other Issues

Tim smacked the back of his neck and cried out in agony. Even though the small offender was killed, the situation was far worse than a mosquito. The term “horsefly” might not be immediately familiar to someone who hasn’t lived in a natural setting.

They are the worst of the worst, though, leaving behind enormous, itchy welts that are far worse than those from most other bites, as anybody who has felt their unrelenting jaws knows. With these men, soda bottles were not going to cut it.
