Odor From Teacher’s Desk Leads Student To Dial 911

Acting Strange

His heart felt like it was going to burst. Watching his teacher stumble around the classroom, he panicked. Students could not understand her slurred and incoherent words. It was terrifying for Corey.

Why was his teacher acting strangely, and what was the strange smell?

As Usual… For Now

Seeing what was unfolding before his eyes was a shocking experience for the young boy. Upon entering Mrs. Young’s class, everything seemed normal to him.

Taking his books from his backpack, he sat beside his best friend, Brian. As Corey offered his friend some apple slices, he pulled a container out of his bag and placed it on the desk between them.

A Lot Of ‘Water’

While they waited for their teacher to begin the lesson, they ate apple slices. While gathering papers behind her desk, Mrs. Young reached for the bottle in front of her.

She chugged what looked like water as Corey watched. Before she stood from behind her desk, she had almost finished the bottle.

Stalling

It was a smooth start to the lesson. A math problem was being explained on the board when Mrs. Young suddenly stalled. In front of the class, she stood frozen as she stared at the problem.

She muttered to herself quietly, “Hmm.” 

Waiting for her to finish, Corey picked up another apple slice. 

She Must Be Dehydrated 

“Now, what would the next step be?” she mumbled to herself as she approached her desk. She wanted to check her book for more information. Once again, she grabbed the bottle as she browsed through the book.

The young boy’s nose was suddenly filled with a strong smell as she took another large gulp from the bottle. “What’s that strange smell?” he asked Brian.
