Parents Pass Away Then Kids Spot Concealed Passage And Learn Their Real Story

It had been two years since they had last been inside the house. The two siblings felt strange and somewhat dreamlike as they moved around the rooms and hallways of the old mansion, as though it were a place separated from reality.

Everything was dusty and rotten. It was obvious that their mother had poor standards throughout her later years. They merely desired to finish their job and leave the area as quickly as possible.

Then, though, they discovered the hidden doorway behind a cupboard. They were immediately shocked and moved to tears by what they witnessed there.

They barely spent any time with their parents once they moved out of the house and began their lives. Some would even go as far as to say that they went out of their way to avoid them. However, they had their own lives to worry about.

Truthfully, spending time with their parents was never enjoyable. As time went on, their feelings toward them turned into contempt or something similar. But afterward, they learned something that altered their entire worldview.

The Gaddis had a reputation for being an odd pair in the area. They never made any effort to socialize with their fellow neighbors, and they preferred staying home. However, they did enjoy spending time with their next-door neighbor Mrs. Roberts.

Due to their seclusion and secrecy, nobody knew anything about their jobs or personal histories, and they frequently became the subject of gossip. But the Gaddis had other peculiarities as well.

As a result of his lack of legs, Steve was confined to a wheelchair. A mask covered most of Alice’s face apart from her eyes and mouth. There were a lot of questions about the couple’s relationship among neighbors because of Alice’s mask.

Some people questioned whether the pair belonged to a certain faith that required her to conceal her face, while others hypothesized that she might be ill. Nobody dared to directly question them, though.

But nobody was aware of another aspect of Alice.

The only time Steve would leave the house was to spend time in his garden; however, Alice would occasionally take the car and drive around town.

Alice used to volunteer at a homeless shelter in a different area of town, but only Mrs. Roberts, their close neighbor, was aware of this.

For some unknown reason, they only shared that information with Mrs. Roberts. Even though she was the only friend she had in their community, she was as dedicated, respectful, and loyal as she possibly could be. That wasn’t all, though.
