Pastor Refuses To Let Women Near Altar But Mom Does Not Hesitate

She knew she didn’t have much time. She had to do this as fast as possible. She couldn’t risk anyone realizing that she had slipped away.

The situation had reached its boiling point at a strange and infuriating level. She knew she had to act on it. She wanted desperately to understand what was going on. But as she stepped out of the light and into the darkness, she had no idea what secrets she would uncover.

Family Sundays

Shirley Jeffords and he family saw Sunday as the most special day of the week.

They would have a big breakfast of homemade pancakes, fresh fruit and a lot of maple syrup. After breakfast, they would change into their Sunday best and go to their church as a big, happy family. It was Shirley’s favorite part of the week, she always looked forward to Sundays.

But in recent months, things had changed in the worst way.

New Face

Their usual pastor had retired to the suburbs. He was adored by the community so it was a hard hit to everyone – especially Shirley.

When the new pastor arrived, she waited nervously in her seat to hear what kind of message he would offer. Shirley crossed her fingers, hoping that he wasn’t the “fire and brimstone” type. The middle-aged man straightened his papers and looked out at his congregation.

Not The Same

They had a ew pastor and although her wasn’t as passionate about it as the previous one, the sermon was fine as it was.

But as time passed, Shirley quickly noticed all of the changes that seemed to pop up around the church. At first there was a new Sunday school curriculum, but then the pastor started placing constraints on who could volunteer for different charities.

But the worst part was that something felt really off about the new man.

Something Strange

She studied the pastor carefully whenever they attended church. She couldn’t understand why everyone else seemed to like him so much, was she the only one that felt something creepy about him?

He never smiled with his eyes, they were stone-cold and emotionless. His grin, to her, seemed wolfish. He was being ingenuine, and she got a bad gut feeling about him.
