Víctor Martín Angulo Córdova was an 11 years old boy that lives in Moche which is in Perú. The little boy’s family was very poor and they couldn’t afford to have electricity in their home.

As a result of not having electricity at his home, Victor couldn’t do his homework when it got dark at home, so he went outside and he studied on the road using a streetlight.

The little boy was studying hard because he wanted to become a police officer when he grew up in order to “fight corruption, thieves, and drugs,” as he said.
