Days After Reporter Vanishes, Clues She Left Lead Police Straight To Chick-Fil-A

More than 100,000 people go missing in the US each year. Normally, the search for these missing persons is a simple and straight forward operation for the police. Sometimes, however, help from the public is needed before the mystery gets solved.

That’s exactly what happened when a Texas woman didn’t come home from work and the police ran out of leads. One single clue would be all it took to solve the mystery.

Like with most Texas natives, sport ran in Courtney Roland’s blood. Above all, she lived for football. She started following her college football team while she studying at Texas A&M Universit. She could always be found front and center at any of their home games.

Courtney always considered sports to be little more than a hobby, however, once she started studying she started to think differently about things. She studied degrees in communication and journalism and soon she began to realize further applications these subjects had for her future.

Soon she started to look for a way to combine her hobby and her studies.

Courtney started an internship at KPRC Click 2 Houston, a local television station. From there she got a job with Rivals.com. In this position, she established herself in the world of sports and soo took on several other reporting jobs.

With all this experience, Courtney was able to get a job as host for Mossy Oak, an outdoor program.

Unwavering Passion

As wonderful as these jobs were for Courtney and her career, she always knew that football was her first love. Even with her other jobs, she continued to explore her love of football by taking reporting jobs for her old school and college.

She had no idea that she would soon be famous for completely different reasons.
