About Aaron and Rachel

The odds of a woman from Mississippi and a man from the Honduras to meet were quite low, and yet, the couple eventually met in 2004 after going on a blind date.

You’d think most blind dates are going to fail, but for the two, it was love at first sight.

Sharing Something In Common

The two shared the same religion, as both are missionaries, and wanted to change the world through the gospel. The two lovebirds also wanted to form a family, and wanted to adopt.

Although both were fertile, Aaron and Rachel were determined to adopt: “when we were still dating, a common bond that drew us together was the fact that Rachel and I both wanted to adopt.” This way, they’d give children without parents a chance at having a family that loves and cares for them.
