Something Missing

Kang was born and raised in the busy city of Shanghai, China. and her parents taught her that she’d have to work hard to achieve her dreams. She went on to graduate from Shanghai University with flying colors. She even got a job working at a prestigious bank in the city.

She was happy for her work life. But she always felt like there was a void in her life that she still hadn’t filled yet. But the world would throw her a curveball she never expected.

A Life With No Meaning

She got up early every morning and walked to her job where she worked long hours before going home exhausted and falling asleep in her bed.
