Man Mocks Woman On Plane, Doesn’t Realize Who’s Behind Him

She tried her best not to let it get to her, but it was too late. Tears formed in her eyes and she whipped her head towards the windows and tried to console herself.

But that’s when she heard a voice behind her, she looked back and saw a man who had seen enough, he wouldn’t stand by and let him treat her this way.

Savannah Phillips was a normal person, she worked herself to the bone every day to support her kids. But there was something always chiming in her head that told her that she wasn’t good enough.

Savannah had bad anxiety when it came to flying, she’d always book two seats just so no one would be close to her. But on today’s flight, it was fully booked. She could feel her palms get sweaty as she got ready to board the plane. But she was unaware just how bad her day would go.

Savannah felt that she had always battled with her weight. She was used to being teased and having eyes fall on her and it greatly affected her self-esteem.

Weight problems in America had grown over the years but to make matters worse, body shaming has emerged and is causing complications on top of people battling with their weight. Savannah was all to familiar with all of this.

Boarding

Savannah was no stranger to flights, since she was a businesswoman she had to frequently travel. She got used to it and as long as she could get two seats it wasn’t the worst thing.

Booking two seats always put her mind at ease, no one would be uncomfortable with her weight if they weren’t sitting right next to her, right?

All Out Of Options

When Savannah arrived at the gate, she went to the woman behind the counter to make absolutely sure there weren’t any free seats. After asking if there was anything she could do for her, the lady just smiled and shook her head, the plane was at capacity.

Savannah thought about begging but knew it wouldn’t help, she would have to go with only one seat.
