Store Manager Tries To Take Advantage Of Cashier But She Gets The Last Laugh
As she thought back on what the manager said to her, she could feel her heart pounding in her chest. She didn’t think that things would go as far as they did. She had no idea what she was getting herself into when she took the job.
There was no turning back at this point. But there was one lingering question: what would happen next?
Tough Times
Alice faced many difficulties in her life. She, unfortunately, lost both of her parents in a terrible accident when she was a young girl and spent most of her childhood being moved from one foster home to the next.
She celebrated her 19th birthday and was finally able to move out, but there was still one problem: she didn’t know what to do with her life. She dreamt about a miracle that would transform her fortune, particularly at night. She had no idea she was about to go through a life-changing experience.
Her New Job
As soon as Alice moved out, she began searching for a job. She finally found a position as a cashier near her home. It was on the edge of town, and most of the customers stopped to grab something while on their way elsewhere.
When she took the position, she couldn’t help but feel like something was amiss. She shrugged it off, blissfully unaware that she would soon come to regret it.
A Flirtatious Guy
The moment she met the franchise owner, who was also the store manager, she got the impression that he was a womanizer. Alice ignored it as she was used to men flirting with her.
She was under the impression that the manager was just a flirtatious man and nothing more than that. She anticipated the situation to stay formal and professional. She had no idea how far she was off.
They Weren’t Very Nice
The only people who worked at the store aside from Alice and her manager were two female cashiers who had been working there long before Alice started.
They seemed to be aware of the manager’s inclinations and preferences, and it didn’t bother them: they used to laugh whenever he made a flirty statement to Alice, no matter how in poor taste it was. The hardest part was yet to come.
