Even though guests must remember to follow a few rules like not dressing up as characters or putting ashes in the Haunted Mansion ride, it’s a lot more complicated when it comes to the employees of the company.

Here are some crazy rules that staff members have to follow while in the walls of the magical kingdom.

If any guests ask for directions an employee has to carefully point with two fingers or their hand. Disney thinks that single finger pointing looks like part of an argument.

No Tats

If any employees have a tattoo they need to make sure it isn’t visible to anyone. It needs to remain hidden underneath clothing.

Even during the interview process if a tattoo is visible the prospective employee won’t be hired.

Playing as a Disney character at the park has a lot more rules than one would think.

There a height and weight requirements for each Disney character. The Best must be played be a built person while a tall person can’t play Tinkerbell.

Above the weight and height restrictions, there are also facial restrictions for any characters that need the employees to show their face.

If any employees gain too much weight their role will be demoted until they can lose the pounds,
