We all like to think that if we saw someone in trouble that we would be able to help them. The fact is that realistically most of us wouldn’t be able to. Most people simply turn a blind eye. These young men, however, couldn’t stand by when something seemed odd.

A Day Like Any Other

It was a normal night for James Hielema, Starlyn Rives-Perez, Arnaud Nimenya, and Carsyn Wright. As usual, they met at the parking garage to practice their skating tricks. It was starting to get late and they decided to call it a night.

Unusual

That’s when they noticed a strange trio approaching the garage. What made them stand out was that the men were being quite rough with the girl and she seemed a bit out of it.

When the boys first spotted them, the girl was in front of the men but the men quickly changed position when they realize that the boys had seen them. The boys had noticed something even more strange, however.
