Remember when 19 years ago, The Simpsons predicted the future? The writers did not stop with ‘looking into the future’ and predicted many other events that years later happened!

In one Simpsons episode, two years before Daenerys Targaryen took that odd decision (you know, the fire) in the penultimate episode of “Game of Thrones,” Homer and his folks watched it from the top of a wall.

It’s been more than 27 years since The Simpsons has been running, and many of their strange predictions are very close to the events that happened in the world!

Let’s look at the most strange predictions from the show and the real events that took place years later.

1. The Beatles Fan Mail

The Show: It was 1991 when The Beatles’ Ringo Star was shown finally answering fan mail that was written years before.

Reality: In September 2013, two Beatles fans have finally received a reply from Paul McCartney after sending him a letter and recording. You see, they wrote to the band 50 years ago and have finally received an answer.

Actually, the fan mail never got to McCartney because it was sent to a London theatre where the band was supposed to sing. Somehow it was lost and found decades later.

At the BBC’s “The One Show,” the fans received their letter and a reply from McCartney!

2. Siegfried & Roy and the Tiger Attack

The Show: The Simpsons featured cartoon characters representing Siegfried & Roy in a 1993 in one episode where the magicians performed in a casino and were attacked by the tiger they trained.

Reality: One of the white tigers trained by the magicians did attack Roy Horn of Siegfried and Roy in 2003. He survived the attack, although he had severe injuries.
