While working as Presbyterian missionaries both Aaron and Rachel met and fell in love. Before they knew it they were both married and wanted a family.

They wanted their own kids, but it seemed that would be difficult. Aaron felt horrible about not being able to give his new wife a baby. He gave himself the courage he needed and had a chat with her she never expected.

Difficult Start

The couple felt like everything was going very well. They had both found the perfect person and married them. But now they felt like there was something missing.

Aaron asked Rachel about adopting, but she had really wanted a child to call her own. Aaron prayed for a miracle until something happened that amazed them both.

In Need Of Sanctuary

The couple was presented with the opportunity to adopt two wonderful kids. They really wanted kids and wanted to do what was right so they adopted these little creations.

Rachel instantly fell in love with the kids like they were her own. But no matter what the doctors told her, she still wanted to have a child of her own.

Keeping At It

They had to keep trying even if it was a long shot. While they raised their adopted kids they still tried everything to get pregnant. After seeing many doctors, they all had the same disheartening news. Rachel confided in her friends from her hometown in Mississippi.
