Unsuspecting Teen Wears Grandma’s Prom Dress, Discovers A Hidden Object Stitched Inside

A Night To Remember

A time capsule that seemed to have transported her back to the seventies, the dress looked beautiful on her. In the middle of the dance floor, she smiled while her hand looped around the elbow of her date. It wasn’t until halfway through the song that her thigh was pricked.

Initially, she ignored it, thinking it was a stray pin she would have to deal with later. It happened again, causing her to scream. Running to the restroom, she excused herself.

Her discovery of the 50-year-old lie completely caught her off guard.

The dress Lisa wore wasn’t meant for her. The night had been arranged in a different way, but now she only hoped for the best.

It was only her sweet grandma’s wish to help Lisa, and she was truly grateful. It was now that she trembled as she looked inside the dress and realized what had been stitched there.

Life would never be the same for them again; that was certain.

The Big Night

The night of her prom was the only thing Lisa Miller had been looking forward to all year. Her senior year was her last chance to experience the full high school experience, as it is for many Buffalo high school students.

She thought she had prepared everything she needed.

After a grand finale that would tear her family apart, things started falling apart one by one.

The Incident

Throughout her life, Lisa had led a simple lifestyle. There were two younger siblings and a house cat in her family. She lived with her mother and had two younger siblings.

Due to their distance and the fact that they rarely visited each other, she wasn’t very close to her grandparents, Magnolia and Erick. A woman made of secrets was how she saw her grandma growing up.

It was an incident like this that showed her how much her grandmother meant to her.

It was supposed to be Lisa’s best night of her high school career on prom night. In order to maintain good grades and maintain a good relationship with faculty and students, she worked hard.

For all the hard work and good conduct she displayed, this was supposed to be her gift. As she saw it, the only factor capable of ruining it would be the school.

Her dress’ stitching had no bearing on it.
