An Irish Viagra factory’s fumes are causing the men and dogs of the town to have constant erections. At least that is what the residents of Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork are claiming. Ringaskiddy has been the home of a Viagra plant for nearly 20 years, but now the fumes emanating from the plant are being blamed for the horniness of the male residents of the village.

“One whiff and you’re stiff. We’ve been getting the love fumes for years now for free,” said Debbie O’Grady, a resident of Ringaskiddy. Several other women in the town have noticed the change in the male residents and even their canine companions. Fiona Toomey, a woman who just recently returned to the village after five years away, said that even the local dogs “walk around in a state of sexual excitement.”

Even Debbie O’Grady’s mother took notice, “I’m a flirtatious woman, a lot of us are. You just have to have a spark, that’s all. There’s a lovely man waiting down the road for me.”

Sounds like the perfect place to retire to if you’re having certain problems, y’know, down there.

But Pfizer claims the “love fumes” theory is just a myth.

“Our manufacturing processes have always been highly sophisticated as well as highly regulated,” the company said in a statement released regarding the issue.
