Woman Loses Camera In The Ocean, Two Years Later She Gets a Strange Message
If you’re one of those people that want to capture their most important moments on camera, then you certainly have thousands of photos in vacation.
Either we’re using our smartphone or a camera, we’re all trying to immortalize certain moments in our lives. But what happens when you see your camera filled with those incredible photos just fell to the bottom of the sea?
While you may think that’s the end of it, it actually was the beginning of an incredible story.
A Great Holiday
What makes for a great holiday? The perfect setting, a big group of friends coming with you and having fun.
Serina Tsubakihara was heading towards the biggest adventure in her life without even knowing she’ll lose her precious camera but gain a lot more than that.
Mad About the Water
You could say Serina is mad about everything that has to do with the sea: tanning, swimming, diving, snorkeling and more. So, she went with her friends in one summer holiday to an island.
They were all ready for a dive, and Serina had her trusty camera with her to capture those moments.
But one of those dives nearly cost her friend’s life…
A Vacation She’ll Never Forget
We’re sure she was aiming for an unforgettable vacation that summer. She booked her ticket and was ready to have fun before the year was out. She chose the biggest island off Japan’s coast, called Ishigaki.
It was the perfect place because the waters are protected as a national park. This means, the underwater sights are formidable!
The Blue Coral Reef
Serina wanted to see the rare blue coral reef and many other creatures that lived underwater. She knew they’d also see dolphins and she took her Canon camera which she placed in a waterproof case so she could bring it underwater and capture all those sights.
