Woman Scares Off A Cougar With A Metallica’s Song And The Band Responds

What would you do, if you ever realized a cougar is watching you? Try to run away? Call for help? No!

these weren’t the options of a resident from Vancouver island who instead of doing any of that, she decided to scare it away by using the power of metal! How hardcore is that?

Well, she played a Metallica’s song and when the video was found by the band, you won’t believe what their frontman did! Make sure not to miss #16, #14 and #13!

20. A Not So Ordinary Day

It was just an ordinary day for Dee Gallant and her eight-year-old dog, who went for an evening walk. It was all going well until Gallant realized that she had been watched! What she saw was a cougar standing only 50 feet away from her.

19. Scaring The Animal Away

At first, Gallant tried to scare the wild animal away by furiously waving her hands in the air and screaming. However, that didn’t work and the cougar started coming closer. So, then she decided to do something unorthodox.

In a last attempt to scare the animal away, Gallant put out her phone and started playing a Metallica’s song, name “Don’t Tread on Me”! And it worked!

17. Going Away

When Gallant started playing the song, the cougar after standing still for a bit, decided to leave. Gallant and her dog, Murphy were saved by the Metallica’s song! How cool is that?
