Zoo Adopts A Baby Hippopotamus — Vet Calls The Police As Soon As He Sees It

Samantha was stunned when the zoo where she worked decided to adopt a baby hippo. She was responsible for all of the hippos at the zoo, and she couldn’t wait to greet the adorable youngster. But when she saw the baby animal for the first time, she knew that something was wrong.

Its strange blue eyes and reserved attitude were unlike all of the other hippos she knew. The veterinarian on the property also felt uneasy as soon as he saw the animal.

He didn’t know what Samantha had gotten herself involved with, but he knew that he had to act fast…

Samantha walked around the vet’s office while he examined the new hippo. She had no idea if the animal was healthy or not, but she knew that it didn’t look or act like any of their other hippos. Little did she know, the vet was speaking with the police while she was pacing the halls.

What Happens Next?

Police officers walked into the vet’s office a few minutes later and demanded to see the hippo. The vet showed them the animal and they all took a good look at it. Within a few minutes, they were all happy that Samantha brought the animal to them and that the vet called the police when he did.

The vet had to explain to Samantha exactly what was going on. This matter was gravely serious and their hippo, and other animals, could be in danger…
