A pair of father-and-son Alabama Crimson Tide fans bonded over the weekend, in more ways than one.
Not only did Charles Walton Kraver Sr., 55, and Charles Walton Kraver Jr., 24, take in (part) of their No. 1 ranked team’s 24-7 victory over the No. 3 Florida State Seminoles, they paid up to get out of jail following their arrest for a brawl in the stands of Atlanta’s new Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, three victims suffered the brunt of what in the video below look to be drunken, glossy-eyed blows from the Kravers:
Authorities say Lynda Soundara got into an argument with Kraver Jr. when he grabbed her by the neck and slammed her to the ground, causing her to hit her head. He then began punching her in the face and chest, according to the report.
When a second victim, Kevin Breedlove, attempted to break up the fight, police said Kraver Sr. began choking him.
A third victim, Conner Jones, also tried breaking up the fight, but the father-son duo punched him in the left side of his face, according to the report.
After security finally broke up the fight, the father–son Alabama fans were taken to Fulton County Jail, where they’d bond out on battery and simple battery charges.
Soundara was transported to a local hospital by EMTs.
