The NBA has released its 2014-15 All-Rookie teams.
The four leading vote-getters were separated by 10 points: Andrew Wiggins (260), Nikola Mirotic (258), Nerlens Noel (252), and Elfrid Payton (250). Los Angeles Lakers point guard Jordan Clarkson joined the foursome on the first team with 200 points.
To celebrate the achievement, let's watch each one's highlight of the year:
Wiggins averaged 16.9 points per game and was second in the league in total minutes played. Mirotic averaged 10.2 points and 4.9 rebounds per game off the bench for the Chicago Bulls. Noel was in the top 10 in the league in steals per game (1.8) and blocks (1.9).
The Orlando Magic's Payton led all rookies with 6.5 assists per game, and Clarkson came on late for the Lakers, averaging 17.2 points and 5.6 assists in his last 26 contests.
The second team consists of the Boston Celtics' Marcus Smart, Wiggins' teammate Zach LaVine, the Brooklyn Nets' Bojan Bogdanovic, Jusuf Nurkic of the Denver Nuggets, and Langston Galloway, the only bright spot on an otherwise miserable New York Knicks season.
