Well, At Least The Titans’ Corey Davis Made This Sick One-Handed Catch

In their divisional-round matchup with the New England Patriots, the Tennessee Titans were, as Pete Campbell would say, not great, Bob.

But for a fleeting 11 minutes at the start of the game, that wasn’t so.

After forcing a pair of punts on six-play Patriots drives, Tennessee, coming off a comeback victory over the Kansas City Chiefs, got the scoring started with an 11-play push that spanned 95 yards and more than five minutes of game time.

It culminated in spectacular fashion: a Corey Davis one-handed touchdown grab.

Here’s another angle.

And three more in this video.

Ensuring his status as the Titans’ lone bright spot in what’d end as a 35-14 beatdown, he caught a second touchdown pass from Marcus Mariota in garbage time.

Davis finished the day with five catches for 63 yards. During the regular season, the fifth overall pick of the 2017 NFL Draft hauled in 34 passes for 375 yards, appearing in only 11 games thanks to a hamstring injury suffered in Week 2.
