Tom Brady played just 12 games in last year’s regular season thanks to a four-game suspension handed down for the DeflateGate scandal.
But in an interview with Charlie Rose on CBS This Morning, Brady’s wife Gisele Bundchen appeared to reveal that after serving his four games for supposedly cheating by deflating footballs to illegal levels, Brady and the New England Patriots cheated by concealing a concussion he sustained, which would be a violation of the NFL’s concussion protocol.

“He had a concussion last year. He has concussions pretty much every—I mean, we don’t talk about it. He does have concussions,” Bundchen said. “I don’t really think it’s a healthy thing for a body to go through that kind of aggression all the time. That could not be healthy for you.”
Here are the league’s current rules in place to protect players from concussions.
Brady has never been listed with a concussion, and he missed zero games due to injury last season.
One possible excuse that could let Brady off the hook: if his wife used the term “concussion” loosely, which is probably a stretch for a family so associated with football.
to be fair in this brady thing: just because gisele says it was a "concussion" doesn't mean it was one. ppl can use the term loosely.

The Patriots have yet to comment on Gisele’s revelation.
