LaVar Ball is apparently adding a Baltic division to Big Baller Brand. Instead of playing and living in the cozy confines of UCLA, LaVar’s youngest sons, 19-year-old LiAngelo and 16-year-old LaMelo, have reportedly signed contracts to join tiny Lithuanian club Prienu Vytautas.

And they apparently won’t be making much in the way of money.

It gets funnier—Prienai, where the team is located, is a small town of 10,000 with next to zero nightlife. The team, which finished sixth in the Lithuanian league a season ago, is in serious financial trouble, struggling to pay players and unable to pay for practice time, which explains why they added two American teenagers with a massive following who apparently won’t even play very much.

LiAngelo and LaMelo could have a tough time communicating with head coach Virginijus Seskus, who does not speak English.

Then again, he apparently speaks Big Baller—Seskus has been described as “the LaVar Ball of Lithuania.”

Earlier this year, Seskus took a cue from LaVar’s AAU coaching days and pulled his entire team out of a game because he wasn’t happy with the officiating.

This will end well.
