After being sacked six times in the first three weeks of the NFL season, Matthew Stafford seemed determined not to take any big hits from the Seattle Seahawks defense on Monday Night Football.

In that respect, he was successful—perhaps to an embarrassing point.

The Detroit Lions quarterback not only didn't take a sack, he also expertly avoided having to throw a block for running back Ameer Abdullah by pretending to set up for run portection and running away in fear at the last moment.

Inspiring play.

Let's hope the Lions coaching staff has some fun with this in the film room.

What do you say, Jim Caldwell?
