Of all the actors who got fired from their TV shows, Butler’s was the saddest. ABC cancelled the final season when Butler relapsed too many times from her addiction to pain killers. She was missing lots of tapings too. Butler told TV Guide that she lost her husband, her job and her dog all in one day.
