In 2017, Hayes joined the list of actors who got fired from their TV shows, after it was announced that her character was killed off camera to introduce Leah Remini, who played James’ TV wife on “King of Queens”. This left Kevin James without a TV wife and Hayes got royally f*cked… I mean, fired!
