Joan Rivers
We loved the “Fashion Police” host, Joan Rivers, but she had so many surgeries in an attempt to look forever young that we’re surprised she could even blink. Unfortunately, her last surgery was literally her last when she suffered from cerebral hypoxia and slipped into a coma. She later died on September 4, 2014.
