“Driver’s Seat” by Sniff ‘n’ the Tears is something that truly screams the ’70s to you, no matter who you are, and even if you did not live in that era yourself but were born further down the line. It has a drumbeat that’s unmistakable, as well as synthesizer falsettos and very heavy guitar riffs. The band broke up, however, which is unfortunate and may have contributed to the fact as to why this was a one-time wonder, who knows what they could have pulled off together.
