We Didn’t Know the Earth Was Round
People, even some scientists, like to believe that we only just found out that the Earth is round. That’s far from the truth. We’ve actually known that it was round for thousands of years. The Egyptians had accurately measured the size of this planet and then the Greeks determined its size more than two thousand years ago.
