Ben Franklin Invented Electricity
While Ben Franklin did contribute to the world in a great way, electricity wasn’t one of his offerings. The Egyptians spoke of electric fish way before modern man came along and other civilizations were also shown to be aware of static electricity. The first proper electrical study was done by an English scientist by the name of William Gilbert- he even coined the word, electricity.
