Apart from Valeria and Lolita, another Barbie lookalike from Los Angeles, California is slowly gaining recognition. Unlike the first two Barbie lookalikes, Ophelia Vanity didn’t deny the fact that she went under the knife to achieve her looks. According to her, she spent $35,000 transforming herself from a goth girl to a real-life Barbie. Some of the procedures that have been done to her include Botox, fillers, and beauty treatments to help her achieve her semblance with Barbie. And she won’t stop there since she also wants to have some of her ribs removed to achieve a tinier waist.
