Pot pies contain almost 1500 mg of sodium- which is about 800mg away from our daily suggested intake (2300mg), with some experts saying that it should be lower than that. And there’s also the 35 grams of fat that don’t help. Sure, the sodium levels may vary whether it’s chicken, beef or spinach, but it’s still way too high and not the healthiest of things to eat, even if it’s only eaten on special occasions.
