15. Massive Viking Discovery
Another massive discovery was made by a 13-year-old boy, accompanied by his father. The two were using metal detectors on the eastern German island of Rügen. They were there mostly to have fun and spend some quality time together and they had absolutely no idea that what they were about to find would change the course of history as we know it.
