Mortan Salt Girl
If you don’t already have a yellow raincoat, that is the main investment for this costume. In order to be the Mortan Salt Girl, you’ll need that raincoat, a pair of wellies, and an umbrella. Don’t get too caught up on the color of the boots or the color of your hair. The raincoat and umbrella are the keys to pulling this one off. It doesn’t hurt to carry around a container of Morton salt, either.
