Mizpah Hotel, Nevada
In 1907, the Mizpah Hotel opened its doors and quickly became one of the first luxury hotels in Nevada. But the Victorian-decorated hotel is also famous for the reported death of a woman on the fifth floor known as the “Lady in Red,” whose ghost continues to leave remnants of her broken pearl necklace on pillows and likes to whisper in men’s ears.
