Paw Paw Tunnel, Ohio
The Paw Paw Tunnel is a 3,118 foot long canal tunnel on the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal. The name comes from the pawpaw trees that grow along the nearby ridges. Some people believe that spirits roam through the tunnels and have heard unexplained noises in the surrounding area.
