RFK Stadium

Located a couple of miles away from the US Capitol Building, the RFK Stadium was considered to be average at best. It was built for both football and baseball games but it wasn’t good for either sport. For years, the RFK stadium was home to the Red Skins and Nationals. Not only did the fans not enjoy watching games in the stadium, but for baseball players making a home run is more difficult to make due to the layout of both the field and the seating. Today, the RFK Stadium stands vacant, and is waiting for its inevitable demise.
