Green Point Stadium
South Africa is one of those countries that is absolutely obsessed with football. The Green Point Stadium was primarily built for soccer games. It can seat 17,000 die hard soccer fans. It was considered home by two football clubs from South Africa. They were Santos Football Club and Ajax Cape town. When there were no soccer games being held, the venue was used for concerts by artists the like of Michael Jackson. But, in 2007, the stadium was partially demolished.
