Maple Leaf Gardens
The venue that was the location of some of the best hockey games in history, the Maple Leaf Gardens was home to the Toronto Maple Leafs. So far, the leafs have won 11 Stanley Cups. The venues more intimate set up made sure that the Maple Leafs stayed close to their fans. The seats were arranged in a steep manner giving the fans a close up look into their home games. In 1999, the maple leafs found a new home leaving their old one vacant and not well-maintained.
