They Didn’t Want to Hire Photographers

We would understand if some brands won’t have spick and span Photoshop work for their ads. After all, not everyone has the people competent enough to do great photo editing, and some don’t have the severe need for it. This is not the case for this ad by Ricoh, a camera company. To mark the release of new colors for their Pentax cameras, they posted a photo of a woman holding the particular camera. Only, the camera is badly composited in and looks like it’s floating out of her hands. The irony here is that a photo production company didn’t hire a photographer for an ad about cameras.
