Did Marthe Have A Family?
As we have mentioned above, De Florian was a courtesan. Thus, she had a lot of fun, and on top of all that, she gave birth to two sons. The first one was born when she was just 18, on October 12, 1882. Named Henri, the boy sadly passed away just a few months after.
Who was his father? Not surprisingly, there isn’t a lot of info on who fathered Henri. According to his certificate, the man was an embroiderer, but apart from that, there isn’t any other info that could provide us with his identity.
