A-Maz-ing
Kenyan-Mexican actress Lupita Nyong’o had to undergo quite a transformation for her role in Star Wars. In the film Lupita played the role of Maz Kanata. “I didn’t really know what I was auditioning for,” she confessed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
Lupita was covered in motion-capture dots, as well as the iconic goggles that the character wears in the film. Apparently, the script was kept so secret that it would be flown to her in Morocco before being taken back again.
