#16 Sadie Sink Wasn’t Comfortable Kissing Caleb McLaughlin
In TV show Stranger Things, Caleb McLaughlin and Sadie Sink had to go through with a kiss scene, but not without dispute. Allegedly the director, Ross Duffer, made a quip about there being an upcoming scene where Sink and McLaughlin would have to kiss. Sink, being only 14-years old, felt she wasn’t prepared for something like that. After seeing how his joke made Sink feel, Duffer decided to put a scene where the two would actually have to kiss.
Sink said: “I get [to set], the first day of Snow Ball… One of you, I think it was you Ross, you say, ‘Oh, Sadie, you ready for the kiss?’ I’m like, ‘What! No! That’s not in the script. That’s not happening.”
