#12 Jewel hated the idea of kissing Rob Lowe
Anyone should count themselves on lady luck’s side if they got a chance to kiss Rob Lowe… unless you spoke to Jewel. Lowe and Jewel both starred on The Lyon’s Den, and with them being a TV couple you’d think there’d be plenty of kissing scenes. Well, Jewel saw to it that there weren’t any. Jewel even once had her boyfriend on set when they were planning to shoot intimate scenes. After a long while, she reluctantly agreed to kiss Lowe. But the kiss was awful.
“[The show was] a parade of indignities, and the culminating blow, for me, was having the actress who didn’t want to kiss me in the love scene”, Lowe said to Ellen Degeneres in an interview.
