In 2011, Reese Witherspoon and Rob Pattinson co-starred in the romantic drama film Water for Elephants, and as you can imagine, the script included a few steamy scenes that involved kissing. Witherspoon was reluctant to kiss him at first because Pattinson had a serious cold that lasted for weeks.
