The Surgical Table
I once went into surgery and the doctor decided to ask me if I had any questions before they put me under. I asked, “How is everyone feeling tonight?” I heard one person give out a really weak, “woo.”
Bear in mind there must have been around 12 doctors and nurses in the theater. No one in there understood my comedy and I’m still a little disappointed even now.
